Practice where tribal sovereignty and Western medicine meet.

IHA hires clinicians and operators who want to work inside tribal clinics, not advise them from a distance. Current openings are across our Los Angeles clinic, our Northern California tribal clinic, and a Louisiana partner site.

Why IHA

Operator-built, tribally-accountable.

Practice in tribal communities

Every IHA clinic is tribally-owned or tribally-partnered. Non-physician staff at the Northern California clinic are direct tribal employees. You will not be a consultant parachuting in. You will be part of the clinical team the tribe built.

Work across both sites

Our Los Angeles and Northern California clinics operate as one integrated dual-site model. Providers with multisite scope cross both sites. Specialty referrals, telehealth, and shared services move between them. Scale without losing community grounding.

Build, don't maintain

These clinics are opening now. The LA clinic opens May 2026. The Northern California clinic opens June 2026. You will be part of the first cohort, shaping clinical protocols, cultural integration, and operational rhythms before they are locked in.
