Where tribal clinics exist and are accessible, they remain the front door. IHA Telehealth is the complement: the option for tribal members who live far from a tribal clinic, need a specialty consult the local clinic does not offer, or need access outside standard hours. It extends reach; it does not replace tribal clinical care.
