Indigenous Healthcare Advancements
Consulting / Workforce

Build the clinical team the tribe actually needs.

Provider recruitment, credentialing support, compensation benchmarking with MGMA data, and staffing model design for tribal health programs, with active placements across the 2026 dual-site clinic model.

Service lines

Four workforce capabilities. One practice.

Provider recruitment

Active sourcing of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and specialty providers for tribal health programs. We maintain a network of clinicians specifically interested in tribal and urban Indian practice. Not a generic locums pipeline.

Credentialing and enrollment

Payer enrollment support, Medicare and Medicaid credentialing, tribal license coordination, and ongoing credentialing file maintenance. The unglamorous work that determines whether a clinician can see patients on day one.

Compensation benchmarking

MGMA-aligned compensation modeling specific to tribal health practice, including RVU-based and salaried structures. We benchmark against tribal health peers, not generic primary care, because the work and the math are different.

Staffing model design

Role mix, scope of practice alignment, support staff ratios, and workflow design. Full-clinic staffing models for new builds, single-role additions for existing programs, or rework of current staffing against demand.

Active work

Twelve placements across three sites in 2026.

The workforce practice is currently running active placements for the LA clinic (five roles), the Northern California clinic (six positions, all direct tribal employment), and a Louisiana partner site (one physician plus roles to be posted).

We are hiring in real time for real clinics. The postings on the careers page are a window into what the work looks like in practice.
