Community Health Celebration invitation. LA Downtown Medical Center in partnership with Indigenous Healthcare Advancements. Free care, food and resources. What to expect
Community Health Celebration details. Free care: walk-in care with clinic MD and nurse practitioners, on-site lab testing and phlebotomy, X-ray and medical imaging, blood pressure, glucose and oxygen screenings. Resources: Medi-Cal applications and redeterminations, social workers on site for paperwork, business office staff for billing questions, California Lifeline free cell phone enrollment. Gift bag item: smartwatch giveaway for attendees while supplies last. Community food: Mini Indian Tacos and Fry Bread by Wild Horse Native American Association. Open to every resident of the greater Los Angeles area regardless of Tribal affiliation, insurance status, or immigration status. This is not a Tribal clinic.
